Our Community Partners

Posted in: About CCMI

collaborationCCMI is dedicated to working with community partners to reduce duplication of services and to provide the most comprehensive services to those in need in our community. Successful collaborations result in better use of community resources and better outcomes for the hungry and homeless in Lee County. The year 2011 saw many projects come to fruition and continue to grow and provide more comprehensive services for people struggling with hunger and homelessness. Several grants received in 2011 will assist with providing quality services to individuals and families seeking long-term solutions to food insecurity and homelessness.

CCMI relies on partnerships with others who also want to make a difference in our community by providing opportunities and a helping hand. We would like to convey our most sincere thanks and gratitude to the following community partners for their generous support through grant funding of our programs in 2011 and for providing opportunities for sustainable positive change to those in need:

 Thank You!!
